Dunhill campaign to build up global luxury positioning

VCCP has launched a global campaign for Alfred Dunhill in a bid to strengthen the brand's positioning in the modern luxury market.

The campaign is focused on the Motorities bags series and combines the silhouettes of classic cars with the details of the products to bring out a 'masculine look'. Andrew Wiles, communications director at Dunhill, said: "This campaign combines the super-lative craftsmanship of the brand with striking visuals in modern, clever and highly impactful imagery." The ads will appear in UK fashion magazines, followed by print titles in Hong Kong, including Esquire and Zip, before rolling out globally. In Japan, the ads will run in GQ, Esquire and Nikkei Business. Media buying is handled by MEC.
