D'Sylva quits as Starcom NE Asia chief

Blaise D'Sylva is to leave Starcom after more than 15 years with the media agency to take up a job on the client side. D'Sylva, currently Starcom's Northeast Asia CEO, will return to Chicago at the end of March to become director of media integration for US insurance giant, All State Corporation. "All the things I wanted clients to do in my agency position, I am now going to do as a client," D'Sylva said. D'Sylva's career with Starcom started in Chicago in 1988.
