DraftFCB Malaysia appoints digital head

KUALA LUMPUR - DraftFCB Group in Malaysia has hired Noor Ashikin Aziz (pictured) as general manager and executive creative director for its digital division.

Aziz has 17 years of experience: five in advertising and direct marketing, and 12 in digital.

Prior to the appointment, he was creative director and lead user experience architect at Digital Five, a subsidiary of Astro All Asia Networks, where he spearheaded creative direction and user experiences across all of Astro’s digital media assets.

Aziz will lead a team of 20 and will manage accounts in the banking, FMCG and telecoms industries.

A statement from the agency stated that Aziz “comes with deep level of expertise in user experience, digital interaction, new media engagement as well as the management of digital businesses and creatives.”
