In Hong Kong, the Draft Retail unit will house the agency’s Interface, Property, and Design & Collateral divisions. The move is aimed at providing better integrated solutions to clients against one single profit and loss account.

Winsome Leung, who most recently headed Interface, and Fred Chung, regional business director for DraftFCB’s Property unit have both been named managing partners.

Emma Luk is being promoted to director of Design & Collateral from senior account director, while Titania Yuen, who was most recently executive creative director for Interface, will take up full creative leadership of DraftFCB Retail.

“This new unit’s mission is to provide our clients with expertise in retail and channel promotions that are involvement- and action-oriented, and create heightened brand awareness and improved business results, by offering clients the full spectrum of marketing communications is crucial to the success of DraftFCB’s new model,” said Tse.

“We believe that this enhanced offering will provide better business results, greater efficiency and stronger creative firepower.”

Leung added the increasing challenges from retail communication necessitates the new approach. “We need to be more responsive to the retail market,” she said.
