DraftFCB hires Jim for digital position

SHANGHAI - DraftFCB has appointed former Tribal DDB China managing director Diana Jim (pictured) as general manager of its CID (CRM, interactive and data) facility for its operations across Greater China.

Reporting directly to the agency’s Greater China chairman and chief executive Gary Tse, Jim will work alongside clients such as Buick and Vitasoy to develop online branding strategies, while driving network growth by attracting new business.

On assuming her new role, Jim commented: “DraftFCBhas a strong philosophy on how to build a return on ideas. Lots of agencies have different definitions of ROI. But DraftFCB is down to earth and in touch with the moment.”

Prior to establishing Tribal in Shanghai, Jim founded Energy Source Communications China, a full-service interactive agency, winning a number of major digital creative awards for clients such as L’Oreal and Shu Uemura.
