Bates has snatched the US$14 million House18.com account in

Hong Kong from incumbent Leo Burnett following a competitive pitch.

Burnett helped House18 on media and direct marketing when it launched

earlier this year.

Bates has now been assigned the job to formulate and kick-off a new

brand campaign.

This is the latest of a series of wins for the agency: over the past few

months, it has picked up 2Cube.com in Hong Kong, asiaone.com in

Singapore, and chinaren.com in China.

House18 is the first full-service, internet-based property agency in

Hong Kong to combine internet and call centre technology with property

consulting.

House18 is backed by a group of local and international institutional

investors, including the Morningside Group, part of the Hang Lung group

of companies in Hong Kong.
