Disruption boosts regional offering

ASIA-PACIFIC - The Disruption Consultancy (TDC) has boosted its regional offering with two new hires - Oliver Cartwright has joined as strategy director, while Ben Fielding has come on board as brand consultant.

Both will report to the recently-appointed Doris Ho, managing director, Hong Kong. The duo, who will be based in Hong Kong, will extend their reach across the region, in conjunction with Ho, specifically looking at servicing the network’s current list of clients and new business development.

Cartwright, who has previously held senior strategic planning posts at Lowe, Ogilvy Asia-Pacific and Springpoint, has worked across a wide range of brands and categories in Asia, Europe and the US.

Fielding joins the company from Xtentia, an Asia-based regional communications agency, where he specialised in FMCG, healthcare, technology and charity.

“It’s in line with a lot of changes within The Disruption Consultancy,” said Ho. “We’ve moved more into specialised engagement, and working across engagement projects in seven markets.

“Our projects are becoming more comprehensive, and both of these guys bring a very international perspective.”
