The promotions are in line with the creation of two new lines of business for Southeast Asia and North Asia to complement the network’s existing operations in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, India and China.
Dickie, who was senior vice- president of marketing and communications, has been named senior vice-president and general manager, Southeast Asia.
Tommy Lin, vice-president and country manager for Discovery Taiwan, has been promoted to senior vice-president and general manager of North Asia to oversee operations across Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong.
Fang Chang has been promoted to senior vice-president, general manager and public affairs, China.
And Mandy Pattinson has been named the new senior vice-president and general manager at Discovery Australia and New Zealand.
