<p>What's the best part of your job? </p><p>To grow a company from scratch is a very exciting experience. There are always new challenges, new things to learn, new opportunites to explore, it's never a boring job. And I enjoy most going through the journey and achieving results with the whole team. </p><p>And the worst? </p><p>Having my own company is a never-ending commitment. You can't quit and you can't escape. There are hectic moments that you know you need to get through, no matter what. </p><p>Your all-time favourite film and why? </p><p>Cinema Paradiso. Love and passion are expressed so naturally that it touches the heart, and of course the soundtrack is beautiful. </p><p>Favourite book or CD? </p><p>Tuesdays with Morrie and Built to Last inspire me. </p><p>Favourite print title? </p><p>Fortune for business news, Time for world events, and Oggi for leisure. </p><p>Favourite restaurant? </p><p>The small restaurants in Sai Kung are good for spending a relaxing afternoon. </p><p>Favourite gadget? </p><p>Maybe my mobile.
