What's the best part of your job?
Marketing spirit brands is challenging and a lot of fun. It's almost
like being in the entertainment industry.
And the worst?
While I do greatly enjoy the work at Caldbeck Macgregor, it tends to
take up many evenings away from home.
Your all-time favourite film and why?
This goes a long way back, but Roman Holiday is my all-time favourite
film. I have never seen anything quite as romantic.
Favourite book for pleasure?
I read mostly fiction and action novels, especially by Ken Follett.
Favourite book for business?
In Search of Excellence is a book I always have near me. It is
instructive and informative - an excellent source of inspiration for
operating in the business world.
Favourite restaurant ?
I am not very fussy. Any place that serves good food and drink is fine
with me.
Do you have a favourite gadget?
It's funny how technology just creeps up on you. My Palm V is a case in
point. Years ago, I had never heard of them. But today, I can't leave
home without it.
What are your hobbies?
Gardening and fishing.
Where did you go on your holiday?
Malaga.
How would you portray yourself in a movie.
As a bartender - of course - working in a place that serves only the
best drinks in the world.
How would you title your movie?
Spirited Dreams.
