<p>What's the best part of your job? </p><p>Meeting all types of different people from a variety of backgrounds. </p><p>And the worst? </p><p>Not enough time for fun;dishonest people; people who play games and politics; people who can't give you a straight answer. </p><p>Your all-time favourite film and why? </p><p>The Natural, with Robert Redford and Glenn Close. It's a baseball movie, it's inspirational, the moral: 'keep working hard you can make things happen'. </p><p>Favourite book or CD? </p><p>The Best of U2. </p><p>Favourite print title? </p><p>BBQ Cooking - an essential item for parties and to impress the mates. </p><p>Favourite restaurant? </p><p>Mezzanine, Hyatt Hotel - all types of food in one place and you can stay as long as it takes. </p><p>Do you have a favourite gadget? </p><p>My ride-on lawn-mower. </p><p>Favourite fashion designer? </p><p>Jimmy Chow's (my tailor on Orchard Road). He is the shop for big men, quality material, quality service. </p><p>Weirdest thing in your closet? </p><p>Leather footwear for sheepdogs. Definitely the most unique gift I have ever received. </p><p>What are your hobbies? </p><p>Commentating rugby, travelling, BBQ cooking. </p><p>Favourite holiday destination? </p><p>Nusa Dua, Bali, for the people; Hua Hin, Thailand for the food and four golf courses near the hotel. </p><p>Who would play you in a movie? </p><p>John Goodman. </p><p>How would you title your movie? </p><p>Let's have FUN because life is too short! </p><p>If you were a brand, what would it be? </p><p>Palm - I love to help people. </p><p>All-time favourite ad? </p><p>Famous Grouse Scotch Whiskey - 22 different executions, used in and around the last Rugby World Cup in '99. Very simple and effective. </p><p>I wish I could...have a drink with more people more often and maintain the weight. </p><p>What crosses your mind before bed? </p><p>How lucky I am! </p>
