What's the best part of your job?
Seeing the growth in Zenith people over the years - media planners and
buyers developing into media directors, media directors into managing
directors.
And the worst?
Rushing to catch the next plane.
Your all-time favourite film and why?
There isn't one favourite, but Top Gun is definitely up there. A classic
guys film with a fighter pilot who gets the girl. I can watch this movie
over and over.
Favourite book or CD?
There are many, but worth reading is Without a Doubt written by Marcia
Clark - the attorney who tried the OJ Simpson case. I believe that you
can learn more from losing than winning.
Favourite restaurant and dish?
Chicken rice, Singapore hawker stall.
Do you have a favourite gadget?
My latest is a Nokia wireless modem to send emails, surf the web and
make calls from my notebook computer.
Favourite fashion designer?
I prefer American designers with an emphasis on comfort - Kenneth Cole,
Banana Republic and Gap.
What are your hobbies?
When you have young kids they tend to get first call on that time. My
three kids are my pet project at the moment.
Where did you go on your holiday?
Boston - a city rich in history, colour.
Who would you want to play you in a movie?
Denzel Washington - sure, he doesn't look like me, but he's got box
office appeal and that counts in Hollywood.
How would you title your movie?
The Young & the Restless. I'm thinking it would have a Dylan
soundtrack.
