In recent weeks, this has become my favourite channel - Cable TV. And, I don't need to tell you that it is simply because of the magic of the World Cup.
Other favourites include Discovery Channel and BBC. I also enjoy 60 Minutes, ER and the X Files. Some local documentary productions are good, but, like most people in Hong Kong, I tend to work late and have little time to watch television.
Press
The Hong Kong Economic Journal, South China Morning Post, The Asian Wall Street Journal and various other consumer publications and trade journals.
I tend to read a lot in order to absorb as much marketing and job-related technological information as possible.
Websites
I'm really proud of the Samsung Electronics Hong Kong website. I also access Yahoo and various other competing sites.
Advertising
The Heniekin beer commercial, where the Irish father sells his piece of land only to find out his son didn't quite make it to play in the Rugby Sevens.
Another favourite television commercials is a recent Samsung ad for the Q10 notebook ... of course, as I wouldn't have approved it otherwise.
Radio
I tune in to RTHK 4 for its no-nonsense talk shows and no advertising.
It's just what I need when I am driving home at night. Then there is RTHK 1 which is a channel I wake up to in the morning - it's my alarm clock and provides me with all the information I need for the day.
