Television

Have I Got News For You out of the UK. My brother sends me videos of it

- and it leaves everything else standing. Wicked, up-to-the-minute - and

very, very funny. Apart from that, The Practice and NYPD Blue.

Press

Asia Inc, obviously. I read all the business media, but would probably

pick The Economist as a favourite (it got me hooked when I was young). I

also read the New Yorker and Vanity Fair.

Websites

Q magazine's site (www.q4music.com). It's constantly changing. It's what

a good site should be - full of useful information - but at the same

time, not afraid to express an opinion. Apart from that, Google, which I

must use about 50 times a day.

My favourite at the moment is the Nike cinema ad with the Burundi-style

drumming. It's infectious. In a very crowded and very fickle market, it

manages to position a leading brand as still being on the edge, and

that's not an easy thing to do.

Radio

I don't listen to much radio, but when I do, it tends to be Classic FM.

Why? Because it's the nearest thing to ambient music that I can find on

the radio.
