<p>1 YEAR AGO </p><p>The Thai Government bans alcohol advertising on television and radio between 5am to 10 pm in an effort to curb the rising number of traffic accidents. The new regulations, which affect drinks with more than 0.5 per cent alcohol content, mainly impacts beer companies, as regulations on hard liquor have been in place for several years. </p><p>5 YEARS AGO </p><p>Virgin Atlantic unveils its first advertising campaign in China to promote its new direct flights between Shanghai and London. The TV spot, created and executed by TBWA, features a young boy moving around Shanghai, signifying the joys and excitement of the new air route. </p><p>10 YEARS AGO </p><p>McCann-Erickson Hong Kong causes a storm with a series of posters promoting industrial safety. The three posters feature young women posing provocatively for the camera, with the raunchiest headline being 'Before you go all the way, make sure you take precautions.' </p><p>15 YEARS AGO </p><p>Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) launches its first primetime TV programming. In the past, RTHK's access to air time on the territory's free-to-air channels, TVB and ATV, was limited to weekend broadcasts. </p>
