Diageo reviews Blue Label media

SINGAPORE - Diageo has initiated a review of its Johnnie Walker Blue Label regional media business.

A number of agencies, including MindShare and incumbent Starcom, are believed to have pitched for the account.

MindShare holds the lion's share of the Diageo's local market media business in Asia-Pacific, while Starcom handles regional planning and buying for some Diageo brands.

The review isn't expected to be concluded until the new year.
