Devlin named OgilvyOne S'pore MD as Smith moves up

SINGAPORE: Jerry Smith has moved up the ladder as regional director of OgilvyOne and Ogilvy Activation North Asia, based in Hong Kong. Replacing him as managing director of OgilvyOne Singapore is Missy Devlin, former general manager of OgilvyOne Worldwide.
