Deo (pictured), who will relocate from Singapore to Hong Kong, leaves Text after almost a decade. At Fleishman, he will be charged with heading the agency’s regional AT&T relationship, and will also play a key role on the agency’s entry into India, planned for later this year.

Boswell returns to the region as Fleishman’s SVP, partner and MD of reputation management for Asia-Pacific/China, based in Shanghai.
Boswell shifts from F-H San Francisco, after departing Asia in 2004.
