Dentsu forms regional intelligence team

REGIONA - Denstu Asia has formed what it calls a regional intelligence team (RIT) to improve overall strategic capabilities in the region.

The regional intelligence team, organised with key executives in eight network offices (Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Philippines and Singapore), will lead regional intelligence projects.

Core team members of this team in Singapore will be Yoshihiko Hasegawa, chief consultant in Dentsu Asia Network; recently appointed director of market intelligence Mark Gray and Camille Schu, assistant strategic planner.

Gray, who joined Dentsu in May, was most recently the account planning director at Digitas New York. He has ten years of experience of working in Asia, including as regional strategic director for Dentsu based out of Thailand.

All intelligence projects would be based on client needs via each network office. Regional intelligence team is expected to work together with strategy teams in all network offices and lead the organisation of "down to earth" regional intelligence projects.
