Defence Ministry issues tender for creative agency

SINGAPORE - The Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), an agency of the Singapore Government's Ministry of Defence, has issued a tender for a creative agency for its 'Total defence' campaign.

According to the tender document, agencies are to respond to the DSTA’s RFP for the campaign in 2010.

The tender mentions that the Government body is looking for “a good PR or advertising agency that will be able to develop a strong integrated communications plan that will help to not only ensure a high-impact, high-profile TD 2010 but also to mould the direction of TD in the long term.”

‘Total defence’ was launched in 1984 in Singapore as a national security strategy. The annual ‘Total defence’ campaign is designed to help Singaporeans understand how the country is able to deal with security threats.

The closing date for the tender is 11th June.
