Cecil Chua also joins the agency as group account director for Volkswagen Asia.
Lee most recently spent six years at Gosh, where he headed projects for SingTel, Ikea, Tiger Beer and SilkAir. Chua joins the industry from car distributor Sime Darby, where he worked as marketing manager for Ford and Peugeot.
