DDB International loses business to Magic Makers

KUALA LUMPUR - DDB International has lost TWO local accounts to Magic Makers, an agency helmed by former DDBI chief executive Florence Loh.

Household furnisher Slumberland and Vistern, a health products retailer, are believed to be moving to the local agency.

Florence Loh left DDB International in September last year after the arrival of Neal Estavillo from JWT, who replaced her as CEO.

Loh later joined Magic Makers, but has since been involved in a legal dispute with DDB over the terms of her departure.

Estavillo has plans to relaunch DDB International at the end of March.
