The win comes after CCB handed its media business to fellow Omnicom agency OMD without a pitch.
CCB (Asia) VP of planning, marketing and communications, Thomas Poon, said that the appointment of DDB would prove pivotal as the bank attempts to build its business in Hong Kong and Macau.
