Dairy Farm calls review

HONG KONG - The Dairy Farm, a Hong Kong-based retail company that includes supermarket brands Wellcome, Three-Sixty, Marketplace and Olivers, has called a review of its below- and above-the-line business as part of its performance auditing process.

The company works with a total of ten different service agencies, including McCann Erickson, which handles Wellcome, and TBWA, which holds the Three-Sixty and Marketplace accounts.

Diane Chiu, The Dairy Farm’s marketing director, explained that the review was held on an annual basis to ensure best value service and to outline a key performance index (KPI) with partner agencies.
