Daelim selects TBWA Korea for premium apartment account

SEOUL - Property developer Daelim has appointed TBWA Korea to handle its US$8.4 million above-the-line creative account for its premium apartment and mixed-purpose building brand, e-Comfort Land.

TBWA saw off challenges from incumbent BBDO, Innocean, Oricom and Daehong, with the handover slated to take place on 1 June.

The first campaign is expected to break in June. Daelim, which was established in 1939, now boasts developments in the plant, civil, building and housing sectors.
