Lambert, who joins from IBM in Shanghai, will run the telco's commercial operations. He will report to Jesper Lauridsen, global president of Cable & Wireless Europe, Asia & US, based in Singapore.
Lambert was previously Asia Pacific vice president of Infrastructure Management Service for IBM in Shanghai, and MD of IBM New Zealand before moving to China.
