Batey Ads has designed a customer-testimonial campaign that articulates StarHub's ability to deliver customised products and services to clients.
The campaign spans key industries such as banking and finance, retail, manufacturing, IT, logistics, construction and hospitality.
One testimonial proclaims: 'Millennium & Copthorne International wanted a faster way to integrate IDD and cable TV services for their hotels in Singapore. They chose StarHub Business Solutions'. 'There is always a better way' is the common thread for all visuals.
Another client featured in the campaign is CNBC Asia-Pacific.
The testimonial in the campaign set the platform for StarHub's new value proposition, 'Rewarding customer experience', according to Starhub's head of business markets, Kaizad Heerjee.
Heerjee said earlier advertisements were designed to create awareness of StarHub as the upstart in the market, providing real competition with innovations such as free incoming calls, per-second billings and wireless broadband hotspots.
"Our new ads emphasise that, in addition to providing cutting-edge products and services, we also provide an additional dimension of value by taking the time to understand and meet the needs of each customer individually in an innovative way.
"The new campaign highlights the fact that our clients have the right to make discerning choices and they chose StarHub because they are pleased with our state-of-the-art products and services, our relevant and customer friendly solutions, and the quality of our after-sales service."
A series of print advertisements is running across key major local newspapers such as The Straits Times, Business Times and Lianhe Zaobao.
