The appointments are: Magda Triantafyllidis as group account director, creatives Toby Cummings and Ed Howley, Rowan Hammerton as senior designer, Lucy Scriven as integration manager, Kristi Kennedy as digital account director, Suse George as head of broadcast, Jack Emery as writer, and Ash Koek as senior editor.
The appointments come amidst a run of new business wins and increased demand from existing clients.
Jason Ross, executive creative director of CumminsRoss, said, “We are excited about the calibre of people wanting to be part of this new model agency. We are bringing collaboration back to the industry across disciplines that have stood alone. And people are wanting to work this way.”
“Naturally the next question people ask is how big we intend to get. Our view is size has no impact on culture if you have the right culture in place. We will grow with our client demands and provide a one-stop service,” Ross said.
