Launching last night on terrestrial and cable television, the campaign educates consumers about CSL’s new1010 Concierge Service, which consumers can reach by dialling 171010.
The service provides subscribers with access to a bank of personal assistants on call 24-hours a day, with services including restaurant recommendations and bookings, travel information and ticket purchasing, appointment reminders, shopping and local and overseas assistance.
The service is positioned under CSL 1010’s ‘What matters to you, matters to us’ platform, which launched last month.
