Another group of celebrity fans of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel have been

featured in a worldwide print campaign, created by M&C Saatchi Hong

Kong.

The celebrities consist of Martin Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, Minnie Driver

and her sister Kate, and Zubin Mehta. Michelle Yeoh was used a second

time because of the runaway success of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,

an Ang Lee martial arts movie in which she starred alongside Chow

Yun-fat.

Vanessa Mae, Jerry Hall and Frederick Forsyth were among the stars used

last year to kick off the campaign.

The campaign simply and elegantly connects the Mandarin Oriental's

well-recognised logo - a fan - with international celebrities who

regularly stay at the Group's hotels.

The celebrity fans were again photographed by celebrated photographer

Patrick Lichfield in locations in which they felt relaxed and

peaceful.

M&C Saatchi chief executive officer Ian Thubron said: "To attract four

fans of this calibre and prestige is testament to the power of the Fan

Campaign - not to mention the loyalty that Mandarin Oriental instills in

its regular guests."
