Tibi, formerly marketing director of local fashion retail company ABC Golden, will replace Lawrence Tan, who joined PHD Manila six months ago. She starts in January. Tibi will be tasked to revive the fortunes of the fledgling agency, which has yet to make a big impression on the Philippine creative scene since its launched in May 2006, off the back of creative powerhouse Creative Juice/G1 Bangkok.
Annual turnover is approximately pesos 200 million (US$4.5 million), with a mostly local client base including healthcare brand Splash and food and beverage company Food Flow.
The agency has 12 staff.
