in Asia.

It has created two senior creative positions: Northeast Asia creative

Southeast Asia creative director, taken up by the agency's Singapore

head of creative Norman Tan.

Kevin Ramsey, who has also been promoted to president JWT Asia-Pacific

from chief operating officer, said: "We've taken two top creative

leaders and given them the mandate to drive the work forward. We also

want local creative talent to start coming through and this elevation is

a reflection of that."

will oversee Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia

and Vietnam.
