OgilvyInteractive has appointed Andrew Knott as regional director
for North Asia. His primary responsibilities are to develop the business
in the region, whilst ensuring that OgilvyInteractive continues to
produce customer-focused Web solutions. In addition, he will be looking
to extend OgilvyOne's expertise in online customer relationship
management (CRM).
Mr Knott joins from directing a Web integration business in Australia.
He previously held a variety of marketing roles in Australia, Asia and
the Middle East. These included regional marketing director for TNT
Express, where he implemented the company's first website in 1996 with
self-directed customer search functionality.
