Contac launches new push in China

SHANGHAI - Cold medication brand Contac has launched a new campaign developed by Grey and MediaCom, to accompany an expansion of its product range.

While the company’s existing product targets general cold symptoms, its new brand - Contac Severe Cold - addresses more advanced symptoms. The drive comes with the company facing fierce competition from international brands such as Tylenol, particularly in tier-one cities.

The nationwide campaign will include all 54 Chinese provinces, including outdoor, television and POS.
