According to ICLP client services director, Ineke Williams, ICLP will help the property developer formulate a strategy for collecting, storing and analysing customer data.
She added that the project's aim would be to better organise Hysan's customer data, and to provide a platform for an understanding of customer profile, habits and needs.
ICLP has appointed Susan Tse as account director to work on the Hysan Development business.
Tse was most recently general manager of Air New Zealand Hong Kong, and prior to that, worked as programme manager with Swire Properties and as North Asia marketing manager with the New Zealand Tourism Board.
Fiona Chan, recently-appointed account manager, will also work on the Hysan account.
