CONNECTIONS: Draft in global merger with IPG sibling Lowe

SINGAPORE: Interpublic Group (IPG) is merging its marketing services network Draft Worldwide with its advertising agency Lowe globally in a move to sharpen its integrated marketing offer and save costs.
