Co shifts to Paris to run Renault

TOKYO - Publicis Asia Pacific's account head of the Renault business, Ray Co, has been appointed to run the agency's Asia-Africa hub, and will move to Paris.

His new role will involve developing Renault's new brand identity, improving strategy and encouraging a more open dialogue within the hub and with Renault marketing directors.

Co will work closely with Emma Noguchi, Publicis Asia Pacific's Japan-based clients services manager, who will move to Singapore.

Previously, Co was general manager of Publicis Dialog in Taiwan, after a stint as global account director on P&G and Coca-Cola at Leo Burnett Taiwan in 2003. In 2002, Co ran D'Arcy Shanghai, as general manager, following spells at Publicis Taiwan, as account director for General Motors, and D'Arcy where he account managed brands including Cadillac and Whirlpool.
