HONG KONG Regional exhibition organiser Miller Freeman Asia has changed its name to CMP Asia and launched a corporate logo. Hong Kong remains the regional headquarters and Mr Michael Duck takes his responsibilities from Miller Freeman Asia to his new title as vice-president CMP Asia. "We have been rebranded to become part of the CMP group's business media," he said. "We will be informing all of our major clients of the change through direct mail, advertising and e-mail. The re-alliance will enforce our position as a global leader in the field." Mr Duck said the new name signified the integral part CMP Asia played in the CMP Group, one of the world's leading media firms. CMP has retained all 330 staff in 11 major Asian and US cities.
