CIA takes on Chinadotcom subsidiaries assignments

<p>CIA Medianetwork Hong Kong says it has won more than US$5 </p><p>million in new business and that its year-to-date billings is up by 40 </p><p>per cent. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The media independent's new wins include Chinadotcom subsidiaries, the </p><p>Web Connection; 24/7; Chinese women's portal, CWOW; and sports portal, </p><p>SportAsia.com. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>CIA Hong Kong MD Caroline Foster said that although the agency picked up </p><p>the Chinadotcom account last year, "we still had to pitch for each of </p><p>the subsidiary accounts individually". </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Meanwhile, it has also been appointed by Danone International to handle </p><p>the media planning and buying for Evian, an account which was previously </p><p>with Euro RSCG. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Ms Foster told MEDIA the latest wins have pushed CIA's billings in the </p><p>SAR to almost HK$500 million (about US$65 million), up 40 </p><p>per cent on the year. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
