Chinese company buys Entertainment Today
Privately-owned Chinese media company Sun Media Investment has acquired Entertainment Today, the US entertainment weekly established in 1967. <BR><BR> Sun Media will take over the full operations of Entertainment Today later this month and expects to boost its reader base via a new online version, according to news agency Interfax. <BR><BR> Sun Media chiefs said the acquisition will strengthen development of its new media business, with plans to develop an online version of Entertainment Today already underway.
