China telcos finalise agency partnerships

CHINA: China Mobile (CM) has overhauled its agency line-up, resulting in wins for J. Walter Thompson, Lowe, ZenithMedia and MindShare. The conclusion of a number of agency reviews, for the core brand along with its provincial operations, comes with the leading mobile operator facing significant competition from the country's largest telco, China Telecom.
