Cheung Kong pitches project

Property developer Cheung Kong has initiated a pitch for a landmark development at Ho Man Tin in Kowloon, with the account thought to be worth in the region of US$6.5 million. <BR> <BR> Agencies thought to be in the running include roster agencies Bates Asia and Ogilvy & Mather, which already handle a number of Cheung Kong developments. Euro RSCG and DDB are also believed to be involved along with one more agency. It's thought that TBWA, which also handles several projects for Cheung Kong, is not involved, although all agencies contacted by Media declined to comment. <BR> <BR> While declining to comment on exact details surrounding the pitch, Cheung Kong's senior marketing communications manager Anita Tsui said although the pitch was predominantly creative, the agencies had been asked to supply media strategy through their partners.
