Yang joined Publicis Shanghai as general manager in December 2007. Prior to that, he spent three years at Publicis Guangzhou as brand director, where he worked with Avon, Yili Milk Powder and China Mobile among other brands.
"Chenghau has contributed considerably to the development of Publicis Shanghai over the last three years," said Sheena Jeng, CEO of Publicis China. "I am very pleased that his extensive experience will benefit the fast growing business of both Shanghai and Guangzhou offices."
Publicis Guangzhou has won several large real estate projects over the last three months, including GT Land Plaza's creative project HOPSCA.
