Cheng departs Ogilvy Taiwan after several years, during which she headed 141 Team-mate, which was rebranded as part of Ogilvy Action earlier this year. She will report to Publicis China CEO Sheena Jeng, who previously headed Publicis Taiwan, before being promoted in mid-2006. “We believe that our client offering should be integrated,” said Jeng.
Over the past year, the Taiwan agency has been headed by GM March Chung, who will now report to Cheng.
