Cheng departs Ogilvy for top spot at Publicis Taiwan

TAIPEI - Ogilvy Action Taiwan MD Sylvia Cheng is to depart the agency to take charge of Publicis Taiwan, filling the void left by the elevation of Sheena Jeng to CEO of China.
