Working alongside trading head Lisa Wei, Chen will be responsible for deal management, new business development and supporting GroupM’s media agencies.
Prior to joining GroupM, Chen was managing director of Initiative China. He began his career with Ogilvy & Mather Taipei in 1987 where he rose to become the agency’s national media director.
