Based in Beijing, Zhao will report to Cheil’s worldwide executive creative director Joe McDonagh.
Prior to his time at Publicis China, Zhao co-founded Ignite China and served as its executive creative partner. He has also worked as the ECD at CanAsia in Canada and was the founder and creative director of Vistagic Canada.
