Carter takes charge of MindShare Shanghai

SHANGHAI - Andrew Carter (pictured), national tactical planning director of Mindshare Shanghai, has been confirmed to succeed outgoing MD Michelle Ko, who will relocate to the regional office of GroupM in Hong Kong.

Carter will report to Andrew Meaden, CEO of Mindshare North Asia based in Hong Kong.

"The media marketplace is consistently evolving,” said Carter. “Each and every day the level of creative messages delivered to our clients and consumer increases. The biggest and best challenge for Mindshare is to ensure our clients’

campaigns reflect the changes in both social behaviour and media consumption, delivering bespoke solutions on a client by client basis.”

Before joining Mindshare Shanghai to run the tactical TV department across China one year ago, Carter was TV buying director at OMD London, working on a number of key television accounts such as the National Lottery, 118118 and Aviva.
