Carlyle shuts down
Carlyle Brand Consultants is to cease operations, citing the incompatibility of its boutique positioning with the focus and direction of parent company Batey Red Cell. CEO Joseph Baladi stated that every effort had been made to move the agency's 12 staff into roles at Batey and sister company Landor. "Those that were not reassigned chose to do something different," said Baladi, who is looking to secure a senior role within WPP in Asia.
