What is your greatest work achievement? Establishing a career in advertising sales.

What would be your dream brand to work on and why? I'm working on it now - International Herald Tribune. It really is a quality newspaper.

What would you do if you weren't in marketing? Fashion.

What was your big break in your career? Working for Media magazine in the early 90s.

Who was your mentor and how did this person influence you? My mentor is Fiona Rankine. She is my former boss at Travel Weekly East. She is very creative and I learned a lot from her. She was a good example of what an effective sales person should be like, and what we should all aspire towards. She is also a good leader and very energetic.

Is there a secret to your success? No, I just try my best.

How do you handle difficult clients? Friendliness, helpfulness and understanding.

What advice would you give to the next person to do your current job? Be proud of your job.

What are you currently reading that will help you in your job? I'm not sure if it is going to be helpful to my job, but I am currently reading The Starr Report.

Who is the business person you most admire and why? The person I most admire is Tat Leong Sweeting of ePage International in Singapore. She has great courage and the ability to make the impossible happen. What inspires most, is that she never gives up easily and works incredibly hard. Everything she takes on is always a great success.
